I'm very happy with my purchase. I recently invested in a chinchilla and she seems to love it! It has two level and two ramps. I bought one more wooden level to make it more interesting. Set up was relatively simple, it took less than an hour. They did send extra screws, but hey that's better than too few. With the exception of two bent wires, I had no problems with the quality. It is true, however, that the cage is not white but more of a speckled gray. I totally fits with my decor so that was fine, too. Shipping came right on time! awesome cage for my new family member!
