I loved the look of these, so I ordered two sets of two. The first set arrived today and I got all the way to the last step where you attached the seat to the chair frame. No holes drilled, not even pilot holes. The screws indicated for that part are also too short. Will need to pick up some wood screws. Really disappointed as these would have been great apart from that.Edit/update: I determined that these pieces may be a universal set type piece where they could be interchangeable between chairs, so no pilot holes are drilled. The short screw included is a wood screw so I drilled through and got the seat attached. The instructions show a basic screwdriver being used for this part - use an electric screwdriver.
