First of all, you get great customer service. The seller was in touch with me from the moment I ordered, and when I was missing one of the bolts, they were quick to send me a new set of hardware.Second, I've seen a few reviews saying it is difficult to assemble. It is not. Just follow the instructions and do not completely tighten the bolts until you're done. I finger-tightened all of the bolts until I was done with the metal part of the assembly, then went back and tightened everything with the Allen wrench and a Phillips head screwdriver before adding the wooden parts of the shelves. It doesn't specify, but I would suggest starting the metal parts of the shelving (the N pieces) at the top and work down.Some of the pre-drilled holes for the wooden pieces of the shelves didn't line up, but it wasn't hard to use a little elbow grease with a manual screwdriver to create my own.I put it together by myself and it took around 2 hours to finish. Another pair of hands would have been nice, but it's not impossible to do it alone.All in all, it is sturdy and pretty and I can't wait to buy some decorative little things for the shelves.
