The packaging is very disappointing. The white foam was broken inside the boxe leaving the snow foam pellets all over the boxe. The boxe itself looked like it has been opened before with the packaging tape retaped all over the boxe. The product itself is very good. No damage and not used. It was easy to assemble and it looked good. This is a "Real Genuine Leather" chair and it is awesome. So I give 4 Stars for the product.
