Read the reviews and figured no way can it be that bad, I mean its a furniture manufacturing company. Had to be a one off...........welp, nope.Arrived with external packing intact. Inside the box is the problem. Packaging is basically just plastic bags and some have more than one part inside, with couple pieces of thin paper like cardboard. All the parts are loosely packed and just bang around inside the box during shipment... multiple chips and scratches in the finish.Missing hardware screws and lock washers.Assembly holes drilled misaligned.The seat support on one of the chairs was manufactured upside down making it unusable. Amazon has the contact number for Braxton Studios Furniture listed under "Your orders" then "Get Product Support" buttons. I Called Braxton Studios Furniture the next day after delivery, they refused to replace the part even with proof of purchase and pictures of the bad part. The person I spoke with was very defensive.Its really kind of mind boggling, it would be very nice pieces of furniture if they did a little quality control.
