When it arrived I felt it was suspiciously cheap feeling compared to other rods I’ve had….much less expensive rods. I thought maybe it was just a material I wasn’t used to and that justified the cost. Wrong. The tip snapped off with almost no pressure applied. 5 star reviews are all from people reviewing it from appearance on arrival. That should have been a red flag.
