So so good, like potatoes chips one is never enough.I am a retired chef from Northern California and I have to tell you I've never tasted anything better. I've now added it to homemade vanilla caramel swirl ice cream and biscuits at breakfast next to a fresh vegetarian frittata and so many other things at this point. What a great product. I just have to figure how to get bulk product for catering.I respect and appreciate the artisinal value of this product, and encourage all who determine they're able to enjoy this product to do so. It expensive, but if you order a serving at a restaurant it's comparable. They completely understand every aspect of their product in which much pride is presented. I have given bags as gifts to friends to enjoy and they have. Thank you, I will be buying more to enjoy!Bacon + Sugar. What’s not to like? Pretty yummy stuff, expensive though.Bacon COOKED RIGHT; however white sugar was poured and glazed. It is NOT STRIPS of bacon but pieces and bits resembled nothing like the PICS shown. NOT worth the money I paid ($130 for 10 pks). Would suggest cooking bacon 1st & let bacon be soft then BASTE CHERRY or BLACKBERRY on bacon & let it slow cook until bacon is WELL DONE & cooked. Did that w/family, friends & neighbors and offered both in a blind test - & MY bacon was gobbled up and the majority of the Bacon I bought from this seller online was left. So I rinsed their sugar off & re-glazed with Cherry Jelly in slow cook method & let it air-dry. NOW I have MY RECEIPE for BONNIE's BACON JERKY! Will not sell; but use it for family, friends, and neighbors who all want it for their snacks. They provide the bacon & I cook it up. I am a SENIOR LADY 71 years+ and RARELY complain about a product; but when doing so try to do it in a balanced way that is fair to both sides. Sadly, I do not recommend this product unless you want white sugar on bacon. Diabetics be carefulYou've been warned. These are crunchy goodness that should not be shared or you will regret the bag size and kick yourself for not buying more....a taking you away from the heavenly blissful indulgence that you have earned, deserve, and should be able to enjoy uninterrupted. No one will appreciate this exquisite delight but you...only you.The jerky is the best we have ever had. Working with the company (poor). I have been trying to exchange jerky for sell by date longer than 3 weeks. We bought 40 bags we wanted give as gifts, but feel bad saying have our gift , but eat it ASAP, because you only have 10 days to eat before it's the end of the shelf life. The bacon jerky sure is good??.All I wanted was jerky with a longer shelf life. ??‍?? I don't think most people buy 40 bags at a time,?? If it was me selling the jerky I would do everything to keep that kind of customer. What happened to Customer Service?
