I'm not sure if it is them conforming to my feet, or the nerves in my feet are dying off from the pain. It took about three weeks to break them in but now they are very comfortable. I'm glad I upgraded to these sandals. They look and feel like they will last many years. I typically wear a 10.5 shoe. The 43mm (US 10 - 10.5) fit well.
