The Keeper Collars Hidden Prong Collar is not simply a cover for a prong collar. The prong is built directly into the collar, allowing for unmatched functionality and camouflaging of the prong. These collars are designed to easily be put on and taken off. Gone are the days of struggling to pinch the prongs together. For those people who do not have a ton of dexterity in their fingers, this is going to be a huge benefit. Sizing: Measure just under the jaw and behind the ears. The measurement should be snug but not tight. For example; if your dog measures 15.5" and is fully grown, a 14" collar would work because it fits a nice size that measures 14.5" to 16". Such a difference after just one walk. No more pulling, more responsive even with a very small correction. We had been using a regular prong collar with the bridle dog on the left for awhile, but I had to slip it over her head as my fingers aren't strong enough to separate the prongs. So it was always too loose. A BIG difference with one that fits properly.When sizing your dog, if in doubt, order a size smaller. I could have probably went one size smaller on both of them but they still fit.This collar is kind of magic. It is also pricey. But has made a real difference in training/walking my dog.I love how easy this collar is to put on our 1/2 Pit 1/2 Whippet dog and she no longer looks like Cujo.Collar fits Carl perfectly. The red looks great against his black hair. He looks so handsome.Excellent product!!!I was reluctant to pay $100 for a collar however it’s the BEST $100 I’ve ever spent! Night and day difference just after the first use! We have a 9 mth pit and she use to take us for a walk but now we actually ALL enjoying walking her!! All the things that use to drive her crazy cars, bikes, rabbits other people etc doesn’t even phase her. She doesn’t even bark with the collar on! She knows when I pick that collar up we’re going for a walk and she’s super excited! Now one thing I will say is the collar does slide down a little so we do have to adjust pretty often but the good DEFINITELY out ways the bad!! So if your contemplating buying this just do it you’ll be amazed!!!!
