It was easy to put together if you followed the instructions. I did do it by myself. You will need a screwdriver to attach the top rail to the table top. There were no holes for attaching the table top to the top rail so I had to place the assembled body on the table top and measure all the way around to be certain it was centered before screwing it in place. That was the only problem I had with the assembly. Overall, it took me about 20 minutes. The coffee table looks wonderful in my room and my husband loves it.
