I Stumbled across this concert online a few years ago and It is one of my favorites of the many she's performed, and the least referenced or discussed when googling and digging. Since I've been a fan this is the very first time I spotted this for sale on the internet or anywhere, in any format. I'm pretty sure it is well out of print by now (1993). The show is a series of five nights spanning from 11/1948 to just after her 32nd b'day 4/1949. However, she sounds a lot younger - her tone is quite youthful and "girly" yet every lyric is uttered with diction, which is very telling that this performance is indeed a midpoint of her career. While a few joints are notable, this is not what would become her usual repertoire - my first time hearing 'Love that boy' is thru this concert. 'Robbins Nest' and 'Old Mother Hubbard' I've heard as single performances on separate occasions but the best versions lies here. I am happy to finally own this on compact disc, I've been caroling along day by day for the last 5 years and suddenly this appears ? I am satisfied to say the least...
