I love this recliner. It takes longer to get out of the box than to assemble it. So easy. And it's very comfortable. You can put it in a tight space because it's narrow, yet roomy, and it slides forward as you recline, not back into the wall. Now, if I can only learn to avoid napping all the time in it!The leg rest was not installed correctly at the store, therefore having me to finding a Curtain type of bolt and screw so that the leg rest would operate correctly. After installing the back rest, the leg rest would not activate when the release handle was pulled. After flipping the the chair over, I noticed that one side of the release bar was missing the bolt and screw. After searching the box with no luck, I then found my own small bolt and screw nut that accually worked. I installed it and walla! Leg rest opened up completely!. Other then that, the chair is great. Seller needs better quality control of their products from start to finish.this was perfect and let me tell you the bad ass woman who delivered it. She is a rock star.I ordered 2 of these chairs, and they are the BIGGEST PIECES of CRAP I have ever paid for!!! First of all, when I took them out of the box, which was very difficult, they were COVERED in tiny slivers of wood. I got 2 big splinters just taking them out of the box. The upholstery is SUPER cheap!!! It is not sew correctly, on the top back piece of both of the chairs, one corner comes to a point and the other is rounded, so they look like they are sitting crooked, or they're broken. Then the upholstery on one on the back top piece has a hole in it. No on the seam, but in the actual material. They are TINY!!! My 7 year old and my 10 year old tried to sit together in one, my average size 7 year old took up the entire seat, my extremely skinny size 10 year old had to turn side ways and sit on her hip to fit. These is anything are CHILDREN'S recliners, for a play room or somewhere you don't mind them getting broken, because from what they feel like, and according to the other reviews it won't be long and they won't even recline. They sit up extremely high in the seat, and are VERY awkward, and have no give in the seat material because the material is sewn on so tight, literally almost busting at the seams. I know, because I can see down inside the seams on SEVERAL places on the chair. They are VERY wake, and wobbly. Your body is extremely tense while sitting in the for fear you are going to fall out the whole time, or that it will break underneath you. If shipping it back was not going to come out of our pocket, only doubling the cost of this POS, I'd send them back. The manufacturers of this product are THIEVES & LIARS, and any company pushing this product is just as guilty as far as I am concerned, PERIOD. My 7 year old said it perfectly the others day, when we only had them out of the boxes for a minute."It's like a big group of idiots, got together one day, with no training, and decided to make chairs." ~ My AMAZINGLY SMART 7 year oldIt has a super small seat, and slides so easy. Trying to sit in it and if you're not careful it'll slide away from you.This recliner looks and feels like that of a much more expensive model. It was super easy to assemble, and is the perfect size for my apartment, without being too small for any adult I know. Came with a light cover for protection, and a small opening under the "skirt" in the back to store it. The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to get the leg rest to close fully when it comes down. This is not a manufacturer's flaw. It works fine. One just has to push pretty hard. I'm sure it will unstiffen with time. Very comfortable, and the seat is just firm enough to allow for break in without ending up mushy. This is a great chair for an incredible price!Price matches quality. I was sad to realize it doesn't rock when we set it up, but that was my fault for not reading better. It is not wide in the seat, so it fits a small person, which most adults aren't this size, even if they aren't overweight. But, we can still wiggle in there and get comfortable. We use it in our bedroom to put on shoes and occasionally watch TV, so it's not a heavily used piece of furniture, but I can't see it holding up to a lot of every day use. If that is what you are looking for and you are an average size or larger adult, spend more money and buy something nicer.It's a good thing we bought this for me and not my husband. Both of us are average in weight and height. This chair is definitely made for a small woman or a young teenager. I am 5'8", 135 lbs. and this chair fits me just right on the sides. If you have big hips, this chair will not work for you. And the chair is not tall enough to give me head support. Fortunately, I did not buy it to rest for long periods of time. I had no problems with shipping as did the other reviewer. Mine came in perfect condition. Comes in two pieces, very easy to put two pieces together. It is a firm seat, not one you sink into, but comfortable. It will serve it's purpose for me.sturdy and nice looking, comfortable. It's the perfect apartment sized chair but on the smaller side so if you are a large man it may not be the right choice, but perfect for me.My son and his wife love itJust received today after only a day delay. love it. more to comereceived it with back seat crooked,and now have problems closing it,plus the stitching is undoing.dont know for how long was the warranty on it,not worth the money.
