Looks and feels like a solidly built antique armoire. I was so happy with this, I purchased a second one. I design jewelry myself and have always had a great passion for collecting it as well (so I need a lot of good storage for my pieces). Every jewelry collector knows--if you can't see it, you'll forget you have it and not wear it. This armoire is essential. It has good deep storage drawers for larger items. Lots of partitions in most drawers to keep items separate. Generous ring tray with deep protective velvet. Also, the two sides swing open to hang longer chains and necklaces. The top even has a mirror. It came mostly assembled, so there was no problem there. Very well packaged, so arrived in perfect condition. I have turquoise blue ones, and the paint is perfect and lustrous.The only thing this does not come with is a jewelry person to polish the pieces. :)I would not hesitate for a second to get another one from this company.
