I was hoping to use this bag as a backpack purse. Although it would work for someone for this purpose, it is definitely designed more for a man’s briefcase than a purse (the descriptions said as much, but I was hopeful). It was just more narrow that I was hoping for. Some purse/ bag descriptions on the depth are with it standing up or laying down and not in use with items inside, so I thought this one would have more “wiggle” room. It is not overly flexible in this regard. It would easily house notebooks and a tablet/ small laptop, but is designed for a few flat, notebook sized objects rather than smaller ones. The zipper opens in such a way as to be easily utilized for this. It is a shiny leather and looks very professional. The pictures are accurate in color and style.. It appeared to be excellent quality. It is expensive, but looks like it would last a long time.
