I rarely write a review. While this product has minor flaws, the overall quality and comfort are more than I hoped for when searching for a swing chair. It was delivered 5-10-16, 15 days sooner than promised. The chain is a generous length...the lowest vertical point of the chair is about 62" from the beam with around 20" of chain to spare. An extra screw and screw cap were included along with the only two tools needed to assemble the chair. Assembly was easy! The flaws: the construction at the front of each arm is off and one welded on screw on the back is bent such that the screw cap will not sit flush against the frame. While these flaws do not affect performance, I am somewhat disappointed because this chair was not inexpensive ($157).
