Polyurethane (PU) midsole/thermo urethane (TPU) outsole highly resistant to hydrolysis and microbial attack. - Oil, acid and organic fat resistant - Outsole heat resistant to 284oF Ergonomically engineered toe spring for reduced wearer fatigue. I Work as a Superintendent and do a great deal of walking. These boots are extremely comfortable after a brief work-in period. They loosen up nicely and feel like no other boots out there. Very durable soles and good quality leather. I find the regular leather holds up better to cuts and scratches then the waxed finish.
