I've been really happy with the bag. The quality is very good. There are ample pockets, sometimes almost too many. I tend to carry a lot of documents and cords, and it is perfect size. I've never felt that I'm constrained. I do like that the one side is the backpack so that you know where to set it down so you don't scuff the leather. I suspect the brown leather will scuff over time but that is natural with any bag. I haven't been traveling through airports for the day that much so I have not really used the backpack straps, but I think it will be very beneficial when I do. Most have been using the shoulder strap. I do like that you can slip it on your roller bag. Overall good quality product. Nice zippers, Lots of pockets,
