I discovered this artisan chocolate on a program about Sicily. I decided I wanted to try it, so ordered some. I forgot that I was living through one of the hottest Julys on record where I live. The delivery notice popped up in my notifications a few days later. There, on my hot doorstep was the FedEx package. I scooped it up and brought it inside, thinking I should pop it in the fridge right away. But not only was the FedEx packaging made of a kind of insulating material, when I opened the outer package, the chocolates were nested between two paper-wrapped cold paks. The chocolate bars were cool to the touch. Well done, Sabadi! The chocolate is delicious, by the way! Highly recommend!
