I usually just post something nice about the stuff I buy on Amazon..short and sweet. But this stuff on steak is phenomenal! I had this for about 2 weeks, and I have used half of it already! I work with a guy whose father was a butcher for over 40 years, and while I was telling him how much I like to BBQ, I also told him I don't like rubs because they are too salty. He recommended I try this brown sugar bourbon rub, told me to preforate the steak with a fork (poke holes in it), then put this rub on. I said I'd try it, and ordered it here. I have NEVER tasted a steak so delicious as the ones I BBQ with this rub! I must have used this 7 out of the last 12 nights! I haven't used it on anything other than steak, but I'm sure it's terrific on all types of meat. Just amazing! Try it, you won't be disappointed!
