These were extremely sweet and had very little malt flavor. The malt center is made with sugar; only the chocolate coating is with maltitol. I can't believe the low sugar content listed in the nutritional analysis. Since I can no longer find the grain-sweetened malt balls that I love, I will stick to buying original Carnation malted milk powder (with no sugar added to the ingredients) and eating it plain or with 72% to 80% chocolate. I don't know what I will do with this bag of malt balls; they are too sweet to eat.
